Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using premiumpcm.com (the "Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

Products and Services

Premium PCM sells remanufactured, pre-programmed Powertrain Control Modules (PCMs) for Jeep vehicles. All modules are VIN-programmed to your specific vehicle before shipping.

  • Product descriptions and images are as accurate as possible, but may vary slightly from the actual product
  • Prices are subject to change without notice
  • We reserve the right to limit quantities or refuse any order

VIN Requirement

You must provide a valid 17-digit VIN (Vehicle Identification Number) for your vehicle after placing an order. This is required to program the PCM to your specific vehicle. Orders cannot be processed without a valid VIN.

Payment

We accept major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover) and PayPal. All transactions are processed securely through Shopify Payments. Prices are listed in US Dollars.

Shipping

We offer flat-rate shipping on all domestic orders. Orders are processed within 1-2 business days and typically arrive within 3-5 business days after shipping. See our Shipping & Returns page for full details.

Warranty

All PCMs sold by Premium PCM include a free lifetime warranty covering manufacturing defects and component failure under normal use. See our Warranty Information page for full terms.

Limitation of Liability

Premium PCM is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product in question.

Intellectual Property

All content on this Site, including text, images, logos, and design, is the property of Premium PCM and may not be reproduced without written permission.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts.
